Sant' Antonio, a 800 years old Franciscan Monastery, is surrounded by 4 hectares of gardens on different levels, olives groves, forest and spacious terra cotta terraces offering privacy and wonderful views of the Valdichiana Valley and Lake Trasimeno on one side of the property and the famous rolling hills of Tuscany on the other.
The studio apartment is situated in the main structure of the 800 year old ex monastery on the 1st floor and has its own private entrance that leads from a balcony.
The entrance of the apartment leads directly into the kitchen, dining and small sitting area. The kitchen is made of dark pine wood and the décor is a simple, rustic but very attractive Tuscan Country Style décor. On the same floor is the bathroom that consists of a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
From the lounge and open plan kitchen of this apartment is a wooden stair way that leads to the bedroom. The bedroom is built as a wooden mezzanine looking down into the lounge.
The bedroom has one double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and wonderful views of Val di Chiana and Lake Trasimeno.
