Sant' Antonio, a 800 years old Franciscan Monastery, is surrounded by 4 hectares of gardens on different levels, olives groves, forest and spacious terra cotta terraces offering privacy and wonderful views of the Valdichiana Valley and Lake Trasimeno on one side of the property and the famous rolling hills of Tuscany on the other.
The studio apartment is situated in the main structure of the 800 year old ex monastery on the 1st floor and has its own private entrance that leads from a balcony.
The entrance leads directly into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is made of dark pine wood and the décor is a simple, rustic and attractive Tuscan Country Style décor. On the same floor is the bathroom that consists of a shower, toilet, bidet and sink and the one bedroom that has a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and Egyptian cotton bed and bathroom linen. The view from the bedroom is of the Valdichiana Valley and Lake Trasimeno.
From the dining area and open plan kitchen is a wooden stair way that leads to the lounge. The lounge build as a wooden mezzanine as the apartment has a high terracotta and wooden beamed ceiling looks down into the kitchen and is furnished with a sofa set and satellite television.
Guests have access to a large swimming pool, covered parking and computers with Internet access on the property. There is no phone inside the apartments. Please read the descripion of the resort below for further details on all facilities.
